How multi-courier booking works

Merchants create an order (manually or from Shopify), then compare live or rate-card quotes by weight, zone and serviceability. The booking produces an AWB and a shipping label for the chosen partner.

Pickup is scheduled from the same workspace. Tracking, NDR and RTO stay attached to that shipment so ops does not jump between courier dashboards after the AWB is issued.

Shopify

A connected Shopify store can sync orders into ShipKartGo. After booking, tracking can be pushed back onto the Shopify order. Channel apps are configured in the merchant workspace, not on this public site.
