How does COD remittance work?

COD collections, remittances and pending amounts sit on an auditable ledger across courier partners. Wallet balances are not edited from the browser.

NDR means Non-Delivery Report — a failed delivery attempt. ShipKartGo gives one queue to contact the buyer, reattempt, fix the address, or move the parcel to RTO.

Can I use ShipKartGo without Shopify?

Yes. Create orders manually or import a CSV. Shopify sync is available if you want store orders and tracking push.
