How to track a ShipKartGo shipment

Open https://shipkartgo.com/track and enter the AWB (waybill) number. You can also search by shipment number or order ID when that is what the buyer has.

One tracking page covers every courier partner connected on ShipKartGo. Scans, hubs and the current status appear in a single timeline instead of five courier websites.

If nothing is found

Confirm the AWB is a ShipKartGo booking. Parcels booked directly on a courier portal will not appear here. If the AWB is correct and still missing, the merchant should check the shipment in their ShipKartGo workspace or email support@shipkartgo.com.
