What is ShipKartGo?

ShipKartGo is a logistics aggregator. Sellers use one workspace to book, track and manage parcels across courier partners instead of logging into each courier portal.

It is not a courier company. Delivery is still carried out by partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart and Shadowfax. ShipKartGo sits in front of those partners: rates, AWBs, labels, tracking, COD, NDR and RTO.

Who it is for

Indian D2C and marketplace sellers who ship with more than one courier and need one place for orders, pickup, in-transit parcels and exceptions.

What stays on the courier

The courier still picks up, scans, delivers or returns the parcel. Serviceability, transit time and last-mile rules belong to that partner. ShipKartGo shows those events in one timeline and one operations queue.
